1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using limegrass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use limegrass. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law

3 Your Account

To access the Platform's features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and any verification codes sent to your email
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date

You may not create more than one account, impersonate another person, or create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use limegrass only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Share content that exploits or endangers minors in any way
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Spam, harass, or engage in unsolicited commercial messaging
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or servers
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Facilitate or promote illegal activity, including the unlawful sale or distribution of controlled substances

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

5 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on limegrass ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant limegrass a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post the content
• Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any User Content. You use content posted by other users at your own risk.

6 Intellectual Property

The limegrass Platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, software, and original content created by limegrass, is owned by limegrass and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

7 Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful behaviour, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

8 Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

limegrass is a social networking platform. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user on or off the Platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, limegrass and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
